As a new entrant into the fast growing industry of medicinal marijuana, the Truro Herbal Company wanted to get connected with their future customers.
Working with company founder and President, I was contracted to design the patient outreach process and lead many aspects of implementation. Together we gathered internal THC team's business model assumptions than compared them to patients' expressed needs - captured through in-person events and online surveys. The end result was a series of important insights to guide the client's business model development. My roles included:
Design and facilitation of internal team session to capture hypothesis about patient journey and associated business opportunities
Design and analysis of an online survey complemented by two in-person focus groups to dig deeper into results
Preparation of a Summary report, alongside a 90 second animated video to creatively capture and share key themes with partners
